Thank you for shopping at 1st Impression Imprints!
If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re more than happy to help you.
If we made a mistake by printing the wrong design, or the print quality is poor, or the Item is defective, then we will be happy to replace the item.
*We do not accept returns due to sizing issues. We want you to have a great experience. In order to do that, we ask that you check our size charts and measurements to make sure you get the right size items.
*We do not accept returns due to color issues. Due to the nature of computer displays, the shirt manufacturing process, and the digital print process, we can not guarantee any color matches, unless you are placing a screen print order of more than 24 items per color in the design.
Then you must provide a Pantone color code so that we can mix a custom ink color for you. (for an additional charge) If you need a Pantone color match, please contact us. Item colors may vary from one Item to the next even if they are from the same manufacturer, with the same style and size.
*We do not accept returns due to not arriving in time. Most Items Arrive In 3-5 Days. But, If you have a birthday, graduation party, family reunion, or some other event coming up, please order your Items early (at least a month before the event for the best results). This gives everyone time to make any changes necessary and provides ample time for possible shipping delays.
This is especially true near Christmas.
*We do not accept returns of custom t-shirts or made to order items.
*Items printed with a date in the design will not be refunded, credited or exchanged the day of and after the event date. Please order early.
Returns-
You have 14 days to return a damaged or incorrect item from the date delivered. To be eligible for a return here at 1st Impression Imprints the product that you purchased must be unused, sent back in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
We require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. Gifts must be returned by original purchaser. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Final Sale items (Listed As "Final Sale" Not Standard Sale Items)-
Only regular priced standard sale "Red Priced" items may be refunded or credited, unfortunately Final Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges-
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds-
Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.
If we approve your refund, we will refund it to a store credit or the original method of payment. This is determined on a case by case basis. Depending on your card issuer’s policies, you will receive the refund in a number of days.
Shipping-
If the return is our fault- A return label will be sent or shipping will be refunded to you. Otherwise- You will be responsible for paying the costs of shipping your item back to us. If you are issued a refund and the remaining balance of your purchases fall below $30 the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. (unless you still have remaining purchases on the same receipt that
qualify you for free shipping.)
To extend the life of your shirts, wash them inside-out in cold water and line dry.
Most of the time, we ship orders in a polybag. Please do not cut the bag open. You risk cutting the garment. This is not returnable. All garments are checked for defects before printing.
